Abstract:
      Ultraviolet (UV) light curing technology uses UV light to accomplish the rapid polymerization and crosslinking of active ingredients. UV light cured coatings offer many advantages over conventional coatings, such as rapid ambient curing, minimum equipment space requirements, no need for thermal drying, minimal energy consumption, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) free. Easy-cleaning coating is a low-energy surface coating prepared by introducing fluorine or silicon-containing resins into polymer matrices, such as polyurethane, epoxy, acrylate and other resins. However, most silicone resins have poor solvent resistance and mechanical stability, and the modification of silicone resins with fluorinated compounds is a valuable method. Furthermore, there are few reports on UV light cured easy- cleaning coatings. Herein, the work aims to propose an easy-cleaning coating by combining UV light curing technology and fluorine-containing silicone resin. The UV light cured fluorosilicone modified easy-cleaning coating with hydrophobic, anti-smudge and wear-resistant properties can be prepared by incorporating fluorine-containing silicone acrylate resin into the polyurethane acrylate resin.
