Abstract: |
Three types of fluorine-containing resins (polyether 301M fluorocarbon resin, polyester JF2X fluorocarbon resin, PF500 fluorosilicone resin) are used to modify HGB, thereby the compatibility of HGB with polymer and the static contact angle of the blend can be improved. The infrared spectroscopy test and thermogravimetric test are used to evaluate the effect of grafting HGB on the surface of various fluorine-containing resins, and compare with the unmodified HGB. The contact angle of three types of modified HGB and unmodified HGB are tested by static contact angle to compare the hydrophobic properties of the four types of HGB, and the appearance is analyzed by scanning electron microscope to observe the surface roughness so as to evaluate the modified HGB Grafting effect. The element types and contents of HGB surface are analyzed by EDS test. Infrared spectroscopy testing, scanning electron microscopy and EDS testing, and thermogravimetric analysis all prove that the three types of fluororesin are successfully grafted on the surface of HGB. Scanning electron microscopy proved that the three types of fluororesin are grafted on the surface of HGB with a rough surface, covered with a coating; EDS test proves that the F element detected on the surface of three types of fluororesin grafted HGB compared with the ungrafted HGB, and the F element on the surface of fluorosilicone resin grafted HGB is the highest. The static contact angle of HGB grafted with fluororesin is significantly improved. The static contact angle of HGB grafted on the surface of polyester fluororesin, polyether fluororesin, and fluorosilicone resin is 130.72°, 146.80°, and 152.12° respectively. Therefore, this preparation method successfully grafted three fluorine-containing resins onto the surface of HGB, among them, the highest degree of grafting is 75 ℃, and the best reaction time is 10 h under normal conditions. |
