Abstract: |
MMA waterproof coating based on the self-restraint acrylic pre-polymer, methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, BPO and DMA were prepared. The thermodynamics of process were invested through DTA-TG and properties of film. Mass loss and reaction heat were studied. Solid paraffin as surface blocker was introduced to ameliorate the weight loss of coating in solidification process. The results show that moderate solid paraffin can improve the performance of the coating,reduce the emission of VOC in using MMA waterproof coating and ensure completeness and application performance of the reaction. |
