Abstract: |
Electrodeposited nickel under the perpendicular and parallel magnetic field environment, texted the effects of current density, magnetic field strength, direction of the magnetic field and ultrasonic intensity on the nickel crystal coating texture and the effect of the magnetic field strength on the coating surface morphology by using XRD and SEM, and analyzed the impact mechanism. Test results show that improving the current density will promote the(200)crystal orientation, as the increase of the current density, the texture orientation changes from (111)to(200); Magnetic field strength will enhance coating texture(111)crystal surface, parallel magnetic field compares more conducive to grain growth with the vertical magnetic field; Ultrasonic intensity will make grain from preferred orientation to random orientation; With the increase of the magnetic induction, the grain size decreases and the surface is more uniform. |
