Carbon/carbonyl iron/silicone rubber composites were prepared, the effect of carbon black content on the electromagnetic properties of carbonyl iron/ silicone was studied.The complex permittivity and permeability were determined by microwave vector network analyzer in the frequency range of 2~ 18 GHz. The electric conductivity, microwave-absorbing properties and shielding properties of the composites were measured. The change law of all kinds of properties was summarized. The results indicate that the conductivity, absorbing and shielding properties increase with the increase of the carbon black content when the mass ratio of carbonyl iron and silicone rubberis fixedly 50∶ 100(viz. 50 phr). However, when the mass ratio of carbon black and silicone rubber is more than 70∶ 100(viz. 70 phr), the increase of the carbon black contents has't much effect on the electromagnetic properties. The internal relations of electric conductivity, absorbing properties and shielding properties were analyzed. |
