Abstract: |
Using different concentrations of four pickling corrosion inhibitor, that included the methenamine, thiourea, methenamine-potassium iodide and thiourea-aluminum sulfate, first cold-rolled steel sheets were cleaned by pickling, then they were phophated by acid.In this time, theinfluence of differentpickling corrosioninhibitoron the appearance, the coating hardness and the corrosion resistance of phosphating films were researched. The result shows that the influence of different corrosion inhibitor is obvious for the appearance, the coating hardness and the corrosion resistance of phosphating films in pickling solutions. The influence of methenamine and thiourea-aluminum sulfate for phosphating films is lower than the influence of thiourea and methenamine-potassium iodide. The phosphating is suitable when corrosion inhibitor' s using concentration is no more than 0.3%,1.0%, 1.5% for methenamine, thiourea, and thiourea-aluminum sulfate. |
