| Comparative analysis between P7412 and P7418 ceramic coatings(P7412 powder is purchased from market,P7418 powder is self-made)prepared by plasma spray were performed in microstructure and corrosion resistance properties. The mechanism of anti-adhesion of the microorganism for P7418 coatings was discussed. The result reveals that, the porosity of ceramic coating P7418 is slightly less than that of P7412 while both have uniform phase distribution. The P7418 coating has slightly worse corrosion resistance than P7412 in 10%HCl, 10%NaOH and 10%NaCl solutions, but the anti-adhesion of the microorganism is improved by the addition of CuO. |
