Abstract: |
New Cr-Fe-ZrO2composite coating was prepared by composite electrodeposition technology. The morphology, composition, structure and corrosion resistance of the coatings were systematically characterized by means of SEM, EDS, X-ray diffraction and Tafel methods. The results show that when the mass composition of the obtained Cr-Fe-ZrO2composite coating is O 9.35%, Cr 49.98%, Fe 31.51%, and Zr 6.66%, the crack condition of Cr-Fe alloy coating is improved markedly by the dispersion strengthening effect of the ZrO2particle.Meanwhile, the composite coatings present amorphous characteristics. In comparison with Cr-Fe alloy coatings, the corrosion resistance of Cr-Fe-ZrO2 composite coating is enhanced evidently in 0.5 mol/ L H2SO4solutions at room temperature. |
