| In order to improve the corrosion resistance of the Nd-Fe-B permanent-magnet, the electroless plating was used on the surface of the Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet. According with the particularity of the Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet, the ultrasonic technology was applied to the electroless plating process. The appearance and performance of plating were analyzed by scanning electron microscope ( SEM) , the measurement of pore rate, NSS and electrochemical measurement, etc. Compared with common electroless Ni-P coatings, the ultrasonic electroless Ni-P plating got finer and more compact. With the ultrasonic technology, the desensitization and the corrosion resistance of electroless Ni-P plating were improved effectively. |
