Abstract:
      In order to obtain better erosion wear properties of epoxy resin coating, the effect of epoxy resin, curing agent-low molecular polyamide, organic montmorillonite and KH-550 0n erosion wear properties of epoxy resin coating was studied through orthogonal experiment, and filled ceramic powders in coating, optimized the cure technics. The results show that erosion wear properties of coating can be improved obviously by organic montmorillonite and ceramic powders. Under the best formulation, the erosion wear properties of coating is 7.76 times of Q235 steel' s. And the wear lines of slurry pump were repaired with the coating, the effects were obvious.
