Abstract:
      PTFE surface modification employing a lOOkHz AC pulse plasma generator was researched. In the same condition of voltage, duty ratio, pressure, gas, time, the effect of sample position and distance between poles on modification were investigated. The retentivity of modification effect was tested. The hydrophilicity and surface morphology were discussed using the contact angle and SEM analysis. Measurement results show that the AC pulse plasma modified efficacy for PTFE surface will improve greatly.
