| In order to improve the life of the drawing die, increase its resist capability of distress, the chemical plating of Ni-P and middle temperature heat treatment were adopted. The result shows that the coating is uniform, and the rigidity can markedly improve, the life can improve two or three times, and the die cant distortion, so it is an ideal way for surface strengthening of drawing die and fit for spreading. |
