| Color cathode electro-deposition coatings is the certain trend in the future, and the color universal cathode electrophoresis colorant is the first-choice material to further advance the trend. The universal cathode electrophoresis colorant about the definition, compositions, physical and chemical index, material finalizing and the theoretry of stable colorant, production process and composition were introduced. Analysis of the influence of particle size on property of colorants was analyzed. The method of optimizing and finalizing pigment and liquid composition in the system was discussed. It will provide the guidance for produce the universal cathode electrophoresis colorants to a certain extent. |
