| The vapor transferring coating method is a new one for surface coating, the metal transporting medium used in the coating process has been identified primarily, Its shown that the halogens and C6Cl6 may not be the medium for metal transporting, while the active metal halides with low melting points and high vapor pressures, such as AICl3 , maybe the real transporting medium, has the function for metal transporting, by which metals can be transferred from the high temperature place to the low one to form coatings on samples. |
