Abstract:
      Choosing Cr3C2-NiCr powder, Ni-coated MoS2 powder, Ni60 powder and the mixture of the three, and using HVOF technology to prepare the coating sample. The microstructure and bond strength of the coatings were studied. The results indicate that compared with spraying single particle, spraying heterogeneity particles at the same time is easier to form holes which made the microstructure of coatings loosen and the bond strength of the coatings decline; the bond strength of the coatings which were sprayed using heterogeneity particles at the same time have some thing to do with the proportion of the heterogeneity particles.
