简述了微弧氧化技术的基本原理和优点,着重介绍了实验参量,如电源模式、电解液组成、电压、频率、占空比、氧化时间、基材成分等对铝合金微弧氧化的影响,总结和分析了铝合金微弧氧化陶瓷涂层微观结构与性能的特点及其关系。 最后,针对目前铝合金微弧氧化陶瓷涂层研究领域存在的问题,提出了今后的研究方向。 |

The principle and advantages of micro-arc oxidation ( MAO) were briefly described. The influences of experimental parameter such as power supply mode, electrolyte composing, voltage, frequency, duty ratio, oxidation time and substrate material component, etc. on the ceramic coating performance and MAO process of the aluminum alloys were emphasized to be reviewed. The characteristics and its relation of the microstructure and performance of the coatings formed on aluminum alloys by MAO were also analyzed. In the last, the research orientations of the coatings formed on aluminum alloys by MAO in future were suggested based on the problems including the present study of the coatings formed on aluminum alloys by MAO. |
