      从抗增殖药物的优化、赋形剂的创新、包衣方法的改进以及智能药物涂层球囊(DCB)这几方面进行了综述。介绍了紫杉醇(PTX)、西罗莫司及其衍生物这两种常用抗增殖药物的优缺点和未来优化方向,阐述了碘普罗胺、聚氧化乙烯(PEO)、柠檬酸酯、角糖(KOS)等作为赋形剂的作用机理和未来应用前景。然后对微吸管法、浸渍包衣法、刷涂法、喷涂法等包衣方法进行了概述,阐释了各自的优缺点。随后对智能响应技术和DCB相结合的技术进行简述,介绍了超声响应型、光驱动型、气体驱动型、活性氧(ROS)响应型及微针(MN)涂层等智能DCB的作用原理和潜在应用。最后,在上述基础上对DCB存在的问题进行了分析,对DCB的未来发展方向进行了展望。

      This paper reviews the optimization of antiproliferative drugs, the innovations in excipients, the improvements in coating methods, and the smart drug-coated balloons (DCB). Advantages, disadvantages, and future optimization of two commonly used antiproliferative drugs, paclitaxel (PTX) and sirolimus and its derivatives are presented. The mechanism of action and future application prospects of iopromide, polyethylene oxide (PEO), citrate, and keratose (KOS) as excipients are described. Then, coating methods, such as the micropipette method, the dip coating method, the brush coating method, and the spray coating method, are outlined, and their advantages and disadvantages are explained. Then, it is followed by a brief description of the combination of smart response technology and DCB, which introduces the principles of action and potential applications of smart DCB such as ultrasound-responsive, light-driven, gas-driven, reactive oxygen species (ROS)-responsive, and microneedle (MN) coatings. Finally, based on the above, the problems of DCB are analyzed, and the future development direction of DCB is projected.
