目的 通过对超细 Al2O3粉体进行接枝改性,改善其在水性浆料中的分散稳定性。 方法 Al2O3粉体先用硅烷偶联剂(γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷)改性,再接枝聚合丙烯酰胺,制备Al2O3-g-PAM 复合磨料。研究引发剂和单体加入方式、反应温度、单体浓度等因素对接枝率的影响。采用红外光谱和扫描电镜等对改性粉体进行表征。 结果 最佳 Al2O3 粉体接枝改性条件为:反应温度80 ℃,单体浓度 0.5 mol/L,先加引发剂 20 min 后,再一次性加入单体。改性后的氧化铝复合磨料在水中和水性浆料中的分散稳定性均得到了明显的改善。氧化铝在水和水性浆料中的分散稳定性与接枝率密切相关:接枝率越高,其在纯水中的分散稳定性越好;但只有接枝率在某一范围内时,其在水性浆料中的分散稳定性才较好。 结论 接枝率的控制最为关键,当接枝率在 2%~3%之间时,改性氧化铝复合磨料在水性浆料中的分散稳定性较好。 |

Objective Alumina were graft modified to improve their dispersion stability in the aqueous slurry. Methods Alumina were firstly modified with KH570 (γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane), then polyacrylamide was grafted onto the silanized alumina by radical grafting polymerization. The modified alumina (Al2O3-g-PAM) were characterized by IR and SEM. The influence of some important parameters, such as the adding methods of feeds, reaction temperature and the monomer concentrations, on the grafting ratio were thoroughly studied. Results The optimal conditions of alumina modification: reaction temperature was 80℃, concentration of monomer was 0.5 mol/L and monomer was fed 20 min after adding initiator. The dispersion stability of the modified alumina in water and in aqueous slurry was obviously improved. The grafting ratio of alumina was closely related to the dispersion stability both in water and in aqueous slurry. The higher the grafting ratio, the better the dispersion stability in water was. However, only when the grafting ratio was in a certain range, alumina could have good dispersion stability in aqueous slurry. Conclusion The key parameter of the dispersion stability was the regulation of grafting ratio of alumina. The modified alumina could have proper dispersion stability in aqueous slurry when the grafting ratio was regulated in the range of 2%~3%. |
