      目的 解决铸铝合金组合件阴极电泳涂装后漆膜产生缩孔的问题。 方法 通过分析阴极电泳涂装后漆膜产生缩孔的原因,调整工件前处理脱脂工段、化成工段和电泳工段的槽液参数,延长脱脂时间,再经 180 V 电压涂装成膜,最后烘烤固化。 结果 经检验,工件漆膜平整光滑,缩孔消除,耐盐雾性能达 1000 h,漆膜综合性能满足产品验收要求。 结论 通过调整铸铝合金组合件前处理工艺和电泳涂装施工参数,可消除漆膜缩孔,提高弹药整体防腐性能。
英文摘要:
      Objective To solve the problem of shrinkages of cathodic electrophoretic coating film on die-cast aluminum alloy assembly. Methods By analyzing the causes of shrinkages of cathodic electrophoretic coating film, parameters of tank liquor in skimming section, forming section and electrophoresis section were adjusted. The duration of skimming section was extended. After being coated under 180 V voltages, the assembly was roasted and solidified. Results Upon inspection, the film on the assembly was flat and smooth and the shrinkage was eliminated. Salt spray resistance could up to 1000 h. The product acceptance requirements of the overall performance of the film were satisfied. Conclusion By adjusting the pretreatment process and the construction parameters of electrophoresis coating, the shrinkages on the die-cast aluminum alloy assembly is eliminated and the antiseptic property of ammo is improved.
