目的 提高医用钛合金的抗菌性能。 方法 应用直流磁控溅射在 Ti6 Al4 V 基体上沉积 Ti-Cu-N薄膜,通过平板计数法和细菌活死染色对比研究薄膜和基材的抗菌性能。 采用扫描电子显微镜、X 射线衍射仪和辉光放电光谱分析仪研究薄膜的微观组织、化学成分分布。 结果 Ti-Cu-N 薄膜对大肠杆菌展现了优良抗菌性能。 结论 Ti-Cu-N 薄膜能够很好地改善 Ti6 Al4 V 合金的抗菌性能。 |

Objective To improve the antibacterial properties of medical titanium alloys. Methods Ti-Cu-N films were deposited on Ti6Al4V substrates by magnetron sputtering. The antibacterial analyses employed the fluorescence staining method and bacterial-viability tests on agar plates. The microstructure and the chemical composition were characterized using scanning electron microscope ( SEM) , X-ray diffraction ( XRD) and glow discharge optical emission spectroscope ( GDOES) technique. Results The Ti-Cu-N coating exhibited excellent antibacterial properties against Escherichia coli. Conclusion The Ti-Cu-N coating prepared could greatly improve the antimicrobial properties of the Ti6Al4V alloy. |
