      目的 了解钢轨表面存在裂纹时的轮轨接触问题。 方法 采用有限元分析软件 ANSYS,获得不同裂纹位置的应力强度因子。 结果 裂纹在接触斑边缘的位置时,应力强度因子 KI最大;随着轴重的增加,应力强度因子 KI增加,而应力强度因子 KII先增加,后减小;考虑摩擦力( μ = 0 . 3 ) 时,相对于无摩擦,KI和 KII都明显增加,且 KII所占 KI的比例提高了 15% 。 结论 车轮在钢轨上滚动时,轮轨间的轴重和摩擦力是影响钢轨疲劳的重要因素,轴重的提高会明显加剧钢轨疲劳,而摩擦力的影响建立在轴重的基础上,并使轴重的影响加剧。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze the contact problem of wheel / rail with surface crack. Methods Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, stress intensity factors at the crack tip on rail surface were obtained for different locations of crack. Results The stress intensity factor KI reached its maximum when the location of crack was at the edge of the contact area. The stress intensity factor KI increased with the increase of axle load, but the stress intensity factor KII first increased and then decreased. When the friction ( μ = 0 . 3 ) was taken into account, both the KI and KII increased significantly as compared to the calculation excluding friction, and the proportion of KII in KI increased by 15 % . Conclusion When the wheel is pure rolling on the rail, both the axle load and the friction are important factors affecting the fatigue of the rail . The increase of axle load leads to significant increase in rail fatigue, while the friction intensifies the effect of axle load on the rail fatigue since the influence of friction is based on the axle load.
