针对成形加工表面存在残余应力的问题,从临界折射纵波的特性着手,分析了临界折射纵波与应力的关系,阐述了临界折射纵波应力测量的基本原理和测试方法。采用“一发两收”的探头布置形式,先对被测材料的应力常数加以标定,再测试表面残余应力。测试试验结果表明,达到了测试表面残余应力的目的。该测试方法原理简单,设备轻便,且能够保证较高的精度,可实现现场或在役检测。 |

Because of the finish surface existed residual stress,it focued to study characteristic of critical refracted longitudinal wave and analyze the relation between the wave and stress, explains the basic principle and test method about residual stress of critical refracted longitudinal wave. The probe design"one emitter and two receiver"was adopted. At first, the stress constant of material was calibrated and then the residual stress was tested. The experiment result shows that the method is effective to achieve the test objective. This test method is convenient, simple and the evaluation has relatively high accurate. This test method can be used in field test or in-service inspection. |
