      研究了一种基于硅烷的工序间防锈溶液,分别考察了硅烷水解时间、溶质浓度、浸涂时间以及干燥工艺对Q235钢试样的工序间防锈性能影响。并通过在硅烷溶液中添加稀土金属盐,提高了常温干燥试样的防锈性能。最后对稀土金属盐能够提高试样防锈性能的原因进行了讨论。
英文摘要:
      A silane solution forinterprocess rust-proof of the steel parts was investigated. The influence of hydrolyzing, concentration and steep time on the corrosion resistance of Q235 steel specimen was studied respectively. Moreover, the rust-proof ability without heating up by adding the rare earth salts to the solution was also improved. Finally, the rust-proof mechanism of the rare earth salts addition was discussed.
