      在镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷层表面化学镀镍,研究了施镀温度和时间对镀速的影响,分析了镀层的形貌、成分组成及其与陶瓷层的结合情况,测试了镀层的磨损性能和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:在80℃的硫酸镍体系镀液中施镀60 min,可以得到平均厚度35μm左右的中磷镍镀层;镀层致密、厚度均匀,且与陶瓷层相互嵌合、结合紧密,具有较好的耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性;镀镍层对陶瓷层有很好的封孔作用。

      The process of electroless nickel plating on the micro-arc oxidation ceramics of the magnesium alloy was tried through studying the influence of plating temperature and time on deposition speed, analyzing the morphology and components of the coating and the adhesion to ceramic matrix, testing the coating corrosion and abrasion performance. The result shows that medium phosphorus coating with average thickness of about 35μm can be prepared in nickel sulfate system solution at 80℃ for 60 min. The coating is compact and uniform, and engages with the surface of ceramic layer. The nickel coating has good abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. Nickel deposit is good for sealing on ceramic coating.
