借助激光共聚焦显微镜、电化学方法、称量法和分光光度法分析了冷轧板在不同工序的微观形貌、耐蚀性及其残留物总量和残铁量。结果表明:不同工序的表面形貌相差不大且耐蚀性差别也不显著;不同工序的表面清洁度有明显差别,其中冷轧工序残留物总量最多;同一工序的板材的不同位置表面残留物含量也略有不同,中间部位的残留物含量小于操作侧和驱动侧。 |

Microcosmic morphology, corrosion resistance, total amount of surface residuum and the amount of iron residuum on cold-rolled steel were analyzed by means of laser scanning confocal microscope, electrochemical test, weighing method and spectrophotometer. The results show that the surface morphology and corrosion resistance are indistinctively different during different process; The difference of surface cleanness of different process is obvious, the most amount of surface residuum is cold rolling process; The surface cleanness is slightly different at different positions during same process, and the amount of residuum at middle position is less than other position. |
