      研究了涤纶织物无钯活化方法,以甲醇作溶剂,利用表面活性剂OP-10的增溶性,增强涤纶织物对乙酸镍的吸附。用硼氢化钾直接还原吸附在涤纶织物上的乙酸镍,形成活化中心。应用SEM,EDS,XRD对活化后织物表面吸附的粒子进行了表征,结果表明:吸附在涤纶上的粒子是镍单质及镍硼合金粒子,具有较高的催化活性,能够引发涤纶织物上的化学镀铁镍反应的进行。
英文摘要:
      Pd-free activation method was studied.In this process, taking formaldehyde as solvent, surfactant OP-10 was used to reinforce PETfabric adsorb nickel acetate forits solubilization.Potassium borohydride was used to reduce nickel acetate on the PET fabric surface.Thus activation centers formed on the PET fabric surface. The particles which adsorbed on PET fabric surface after the activating treatment were characterized by SEM,EDS and XRD. The results indicate that the sample is Nickel and morphous Ni-B alloy. That particles have high catalytic activity and can effectively invitiate chemical iron-nickel alloy plating.
