      制备了纯Ni镀层和Ni-ZrO2纳米复合镀层,并在沉积过程中引入超声波制备了超声Ni-ZrO2纳米复合镀层,对比分析了3种镀层的微观结构及高温抗氧化性、显微硬度、耐磨性。结果表明,超声电沉积Ni-ZrO2纳米复合镀层晶粒尺寸细小,具有良好的高温抗氧化性能、高的显微硬度和优良的耐磨性,并进一步分析了纳米颗粒和超声波在提高镀层性能方面所起的作用。

      Pure Ni coating and Ni-ZrO2nanocomposite coating were prepared. Meanwhile, the Ni-ZrO2nanocom-posite coatings were prepared by introducing ultrasound into the electrodeposition. The microstructure, the high temperature oxidation resistance,microhardness and wear resistance of the three coatings were investigated comparatively. It is found that the Ni-ZrO2nanocomposite coating prepared by ultrasonic electrodeposition shows refined grains, and exhibits a good high temperature oxidation resistance, high microhardness and excellent wear resistance. Effect of nanoparticles and ultrasonic on improvement in properties of coatings were futher analyzed.
