为了得到一种高效低泡的无磷脱脂剂配方,研究了将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮( PVP)与其它表面活性剂复配对无磷脱脂剂清洗性能的影响,结果表明:特殊表面活性剂PVP与非离子表面活性剂复配使体系表面张力降低,且脱脂效率大大提高。最优脱脂配方为:乙二胺四乙酸四钠3 g/L、九水偏硅酸钠9g/L、碳酸钠6g/L、氢氧化钠9g/L、封端基改性聚醚CR6 lg/L、端羟基封头聚醚LW20 lg/L、PVP lg/L、纯水余量。该脱脂剂高效环保,在温度为50℃时,脱脂效率高达99. 82%。 |

The property of cleaning the smeary surface of metal phosphorus-free degreaser consists of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)/nonionic surfactants was studied. The results show that PVP combined with nonionic surfactants has lower surface tension and high deoil rate. An environment friendly phosphorus-free degreaser is obtained. The components of the degreaser: EDTA tetrasodium salt:3g/L , hydrous sodium silicate:9g/L, sodium carbonate:6g/L, sodium hydroxide:9g/L, End-modified polyether CR6 :lg/L,LW20:primary hydroxyl end polyether lg/L, pure water: rest. The degreaser is high efficiency and litter pollution. The deoil rate can reach 99. 82% at about 50℃. |
