高压六氟化硫断路器、气体绝缘金属封闭组合电器液压机构的重要部件之一工作缸类零件是液压机构的关键零件。为了提高工作缸腔体零件的耐磨性能,需要对其进行硬质阳极氧化,以保证氧化膜厚度;且为了满足该工件良好的密封性能,尺寸要求十分严格。通过技术攻关,从控制阳极电压、制作专用象形辅助阴极、采用专用涡流测厚仪检测尺寸等影响腔体类零件阳极氧化厚度的一些方面进行实验,提出了腔体类零件阳极氧化尽量选择薄层氧化要求;而且必须增设辅助阴极;采用专用内腔涡流测厚仪检测氧化膜厚度。 |

Parts in cylinder are the key ones within the hydraulic operating mechanism, which is one of the important parts of product above mentioned. According to the product drawings requirements, the parts in cylinder are required for hard anode oxidation, which should guarantee the machining size before oxidation, oxide film thickness as well as assembly size after oxidation. The three requirements described above cant be satisfied at the same time in normal oxidation process and testing, which means there might be unquaMed parts. Because it's difficulty to measure oxide film thickness accurately, its hard to control the oxidation process. A new view about influencing factors of oxide film thickness for parts of tanks and several improvement methods, such as positive votage controlling, special pictograph auxiliary cathode and accurately thickness measuring, are mentioned. Applied special thinckness detector of eddy,and suggest that tank parts anode oxidation of shall chose thinner day oxidation requirement; moreover, hose parts have to add auxiliary cathodion and applied with special thickness detector of eddy to inspect thinckness of oxide film. |
