      通过液相法制备二氧化钛镀液,并采用浸镀的手段对粒度为200目的微珠进行表面镀膜,制备出表面高折射率的改性玻璃微珠,并通过扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析仪对镀膜后玻璃微珠的表面形貌和结构进行了观察和表征。将镀膜玻璃微珠用于涂料中,考察了玻璃微珠在涂料中的应用及其红外隔热效率的变化,结果表明:采用浸镀法对微珠表面镀Ti0.后,可以大大提高微珠的折射效率,隔热效果比未镀前提高了4℃。
英文摘要:
      Ti02 solution was made by liquid-phase process, surface of cenosphere was coated by immersion plating and gained modification cenosphere with high refractive index. By SEM and XRD, surface micromorphology and structure of modification cenosphere were observed. Then, modification cenosphere was used to preparate coating and detect its reflection heat insulating efficiency. The result shown that reflection heat insulating efficiency of modification cenosphere is improved by 4℃ than cenosphere without modified.
