为得到耐冲蚀磨损性能良好的环氧树脂涂层,利用正交试验研究了环氧树脂基料、固化剂低分子聚酰胺、有机蒙脱土和KH-550的用量对环氧树脂涂层耐冲蚀磨损性能的影响,并在涂层中填充适量陶瓷粉末,优化了固化工艺,试验表明:有机蒙脱土和陶瓷粉末能有效提高涂层的耐冲蚀磨损性能,在最佳配方下,涂层的耐冲蚀磨损性能是Q235钢的7.76倍。并用该涂层修复了磨损砂浆泵,效果明显。 |

In order to obtain better erosion wear properties of epoxy resin coating, the effect of epoxy resin, curing agent-low molecular polyamide, organic montmorillonite and KH-550 0n erosion wear properties of epoxy resin coating was studied through orthogonal experiment, and filled ceramic powders in coating, optimized the cure technics. The results show that erosion wear properties of coating can be improved obviously by organic montmorillonite and ceramic powders. Under the best formulation, the erosion wear properties of coating is 7.76 times of Q235 steel' s. And the wear lines of slurry pump were repaired with the coating, the effects were obvious. |
