      用化学镀的方法制备了Ni-P-PTFE复合镀层。为了确定合适的工艺,研究了Ni-P-PTFE化学复合镀的工艺中温度、pH值、表面活性剂等参数对镀速、镀层中PTFE含量和硬度的影响。试验表明:温度和pH值升高,镀速增大,PTFE含量先升高再降低,硬度下降;FC4表面活性剂的加入量增大,镀速下降、PTFE含量先升高再降低,硬度下降。在此基础上确定了工艺参数,温度850C,pH值4.4-4.6,PTFE含量8mUL,FC4表面活性剂的加入量为0.4g/L。
英文摘要:
      Ni-P-PTFE composite coating was prepared by Electroless plating method. In order to determine fit process , the effect of temperature , pH value and surfactant on deposition rate , PTFE content in coatings and hardness in the process of electroless Ni-P-PTFE composite plating was studied. The results show that the increase of temperature and pH value results in the decrease of deposition rate, PTFE content firstly increased then decreased, hardness decreased; and the increase of FC4 surfactant results in deposition rate tends to decrease, PTFE content firstly increased then decreased, hardness decreased. On this basis, the process parameters are found : T = 850C , pH =4. 44. 6, PTFE content = 8ml/L, FC4 = 0. 4g/L.
