      介绍了国内外近年来连续热镀锌工艺的进展及差距,主要包括热镀锌工艺方法、工艺流程和热镀锌生产线的核心设备;并进一步介绍了几种汽车用高强度镀锌钢板及应用前景。此外,针对目前热镀锌工艺存在的能源消耗量大的问题,指出应在还原工艺上进行改进和优化。
英文摘要:
      This review introduces the progress and a gap between China and abroad of continuous hot-dip galvanized process in recent years, including technological method, technological process and the core equipment of hot-dip galvanizing line; even a few of the car used high strength galvanized steel sheets and prospect are introduced. In addition, this article puts forward improvement and optimization in reduction process aimed at the existing energy waste problems of the hot-dip galvanization.
