| 从隔热保温涂料的基本原理出发,根据隔热机理和隔热方式的不同将隔热保温涂料分为阻隔型、反射型和辐射型三类,简要介绍了这三种类型隔热保温涂料的隔热机理,概述了隔热保温涂料的应用现状,同时结合石油工业中稠油热采存在的问题与采油油管表面的工作要求,提出了在隔热油管表面采用无机高效隔热涂层的应用构想,总结了隔热保温涂料的发展趋势,最后指出了目前隔热保温涂料发展研究存在的问题与不足。 |

| This article proceeded from the basic principle of heat insulation coating. Based on the mechanism of heat insulation and insulation, heat insulation coatings can be divided into three different types, i. e. , blocking, reflecting and radiating. Mechanisms of heat insulation of the three types of heat insulation coatings were briefly introduced, the application status of heat insulation coatings was summarized. Combining the problems existing in the thermal recovery of heavy oil in the oil industry and the work requirements on the surface of oil tubing, an application idea of using an inorganic and efficient heat insulation coating that overlaid on the surface of the insulated tubing was proposed, the development trend of heat insulation coatings was summarized. In the end, the development direction of the heat insulation coating was forecasted, and the problems and deficiencies in development researches of heat insulation coatings were pointed out |
