热浸镀锌工艺目前广泛应用于高速公路波形梁钢护栏防腐处理。在生产过程中护栏及锌液中不可避免地存在或人为添加一些微量元素,这些微量元素对热浸镀锌层的质量起关键性作用,不适当的使用可能造成各种缺陷。对护栏材质中微量元素(C、Si、P、S)以及锌液中的微量元素(Fe、Al)对热浸镀锌影响成因进行了分析,并简单介绍了由此造成缺陷的解决方法。 |

Hot dip galvanization is the present widespread application used in anticorrosion for zinc coating Wbeams barriers. There are some trace elements in barriers and zinc solution inevitably. The trace elements affect quality of zinc coating. The effect of trace elements in barriers and zincing were analyzed, and resolvent were recommend simply. |
